9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FLOWRIPPLE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Flowripple and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time. We may terminate or suspend your access immediately for any breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases, and we may delete your data after a reasonable retention period.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the service. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

14. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
